7/20 Parks and Recreation Summer Job Fair - Lifeguard

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
•    Any combination of education, training, and experience which produces knowledge, skills and abilities required for the job and related to the essential functions of the position.  Minimum age of 16.

Licenses and Certifications: 

•    American Red Cross Life Guard Training Certificate which includes Standard First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certificate will be required prior to performing life guarding duties on pool site.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

•    While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor
weather conditions including extreme heat.
•    Must be able to work any shifts or days of the week.
•    Working conditions are typically loud.
•    Regular and timely attendance is required.
