City Marshal - Municipal Court

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 21 (at time of application)
• US citizen
• Character above reproach
• Previous law enforcement experience desirable.
• Bilingual proficiency is desired but not required.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must possess a P.O.S.T. Peace Officer Certification Category 1 or Category II at time of application. A copy of the applicant's current and valid P.O.S.T. Certification must be scanned and attached to the online application.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license and maintain satisfactory motor vehicle record with the ability to obtain appropriate Nevada state driver’s license within required time frame.
