MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major in business, public administration, development, construction management, architecture, engineering or a field related to the essential functions.
- Five (5) years comprehensive development project management experience with industrial, mid- to high-rise commercial office buildings, large scale commercial or office projects, or other large scale development projects, to include plan reviewing and overall project responsibility.
- Equivalency: A combination of formal education and directly related work experience may substitute for the degree; the City assesses one (1) year of full-time work experience equivalent to one (1) year of education.
SELECTION PROCESS

- Oral Board Interview - (Weighted 100%)
- Pre-Employment Screening – Selected candidates for this position are subject to a pre-employment screening which includes but is not limited to local & state criminal history check; federal criminal history checks via submission of fingerprints; and drug screening. *IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Background check processing may take 2 to 3 months to complete.
