MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education and Experience:
- Any combination of education, training, and experience which produces knowledge, skills and abilities required for the job and related to the essential functions of the position.
- Minimum age of 16.
Licenses and Certifications:
- American Red Cross Life Guard Training Certificate which includes Standard First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certificate will be required prior to performing life guarding duties on pool site.
Skills:
- Swimming and rescue activities.
- Administration of emergency first aid and artificial resuscitation.
Qualification Assessment: Oral Interview 100%
Passing Score: 70%
