Senior Training Specialist

MINIMMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources or related field.
• Course work in Training and Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or related field; equivalent work experience may serve as a substitute.
• Minimum three (3) years professional level training and development and customer service experience; minimum five years of lead or management experience in people or projects. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Public Sector experience. 

Licenses and Certifications 

•  Must possess a valid state driver’s license and maintain satisfactory motor vehicle record and ability to obtain appropriate Nevada state driver’s license.
• Professional in Human Resource (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) Certification and/or International Public Management Association (IPMA) Certified Professional Specialist.
